Refunds
There is a no refund policy and all participants are require to acknowledge they are aware, understand and accept the policy at the time of registration.

Changes
Until the end of April of the current race year you may login to your runsignup account and change races for no fee, provided the race is not sold out. The difference in registration fee when changing to a more expensive race will be charged and there are no refunds when changing to a race that is less expensive.
Transfers
Until the end of April of the current race year you may login to your runsignup account and transfer your entry to another athlete . This is the only approved transfer process and insures athletes are properly accounted for in the appropriate age groups as well as properly registered in the event of a medical emergency where they may become unable to communicate with the first responders.
Please be aware giving or selling your bib outside this approved transfer process will result in being banned from the race for life.
Deferrals
The deferral window will be open from 4/15 through 4/The deferral window is open from April 15 to April 30 of the current race year and applies only applies to the Full Marathon & Half Marathon.full and half marathon. During this time, you will be able to log into your runsignup may log on to your RunSignup account and defer your entry to the following year.

COVID - Free Deferral Expiration
On 4/19/2021 we extended free covid deferrals from 2023 until 2024 because things had not returned to normal yet. Please be advised that a deferral fee of $50 will be re-instated starting with registration for the 2025 event or for people who deferred after 2023.
